Experience Matters

Experience Matters, a program of the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation, connects the skills and talent of individuals age 50 and over with social-benefit organizations to enhance their capacity to solve community problems.

EM offers year-long Encore Fellowships, short-term Service by Design assignments, and AmeriCorps Seniors National Service programs, building a powerful network and creating sustainable outcomes for the betterment of the community.
